The whole point of airtag or jiotag is not to track it but alert you when you aren't close to your belonging. I am using this comfortably from past few flights. Agar use kerna nahi ata to tech channel banete kyo ho.

Aisa nhi hai… both works the same way… only reachable in 200mtrs through Bluetooth

And if you select the lost mode through find my device, then it might give you a notification once any apple device comes near to the airtag.

Oo bhai jio tag kisi bhi near by apple device ke sath connect ho kar exact location bata deta hai kaha hai kab connect hua …. Same apple airtag bhi dusre apple device ka sahara leta hai ese hi …. Mei khud jiotag ko 12000 km se track kar rha hu
