Soylent 2.0 (the bottled kind) triggered vomiting and diarrhea for me. It was a cumulative effect - 1 bottle wasn't enough to do it, but two bottles per day for a week would. Now I'm trying to find a way to offload the other 2 cases I have.

Here's one of many, appealing to tje CURRENT formula, too... and any (unfermented) soy product: Soy contains a high amount of goitrogens, that cause hypothyroidism. Soy is the main cause of the obesity crisis in America - almost all processed food in the US has soy in it, and these same products don't in other countries. The soy industry has paid for misinformation about Asian people's soy consumption to be published, when in reality they know that soy is harmful and it has never been a staple in Asia, unless it had gone through a very long process of fermentation, which hets rid of most of the toxins (miso, natto, tempeh and soy sauce) and even then only a minimal amount. Including just a small amount of soy caused my metabolic rate to go down by 70%.
