This video gives you a detailed guide on how to do a Novaloc® Denture conversion. For this video, we will demonstrate switching a patient from a LOCATOR® set up to Novaloc.

The first thing we do is remove the hybrid denture from the patient's mouth. This will reveal the LOCATOR abutments. You'll be able to see the LOCATOR housings as well.

The next step is to remove the abutments using the LOCATOR abutment tool. We are now ready to remove retention inserts from the hybrid. For this, we will use the LOCATOR core tool.

Watch the complete video to learn more about this procedure.

Wow. You made that look really difficult. ;) In the real world, we just trade out the housings over to Novaloc and leave the Locator male component on. Novalocs are much better, even when used on a Locator but to change over the male component means reprocessing, holes in the restoration, and far too much time unnecessarily. But you do you.... :)

The audio on this video seems to be very quiet even with all of my speakers and the video turned up. Any chance you could modify the audio?
