This series is definitely going to help once I decide to tackle the swap myself!

Yeah buddy! I'm the founder of the Northwest Xterra club, I'll be following your video when I do my VK swap, and I'll tell my members about your channel! (I'm sure most already know the legendary Ry the Car guy) Cheers man, thanks for all of your hard work!

Just bought a 2005 Xterra. Not that I plan on doing any major work, but I like to be informed about my own vehicle. Wish I could’ve bought a newer one but this is all I could afford at this moment. It runs great. It has 154, 000 miles on it. The last Nissan I own was a Datsun 280ZX. Had my 30 year old Honda Accord LX (with 5-peed manual) not been stolen, I would probably not have been looking for a vehicle. Was looking at CRV’s—too pricey— and I’m actually glad I found this. No more bike racks to install. No more attaching a roof rack on the Honda. Can easily get the kayak on the roof rack. So there’s a lot of advantages. Bottom line, your videos are terrific.

I’ve been dealing with Duncan since Jan, all the way from down here in Australia.

I pick up my VK56 and gearbox this week from him, with two more pallets of goodies yet to come.

He’s an absolute legend!

I downloaded this video for entertainment when I'm out of cell service range. Never thought this is where I'd be at 35, but here we are. I'm not mad though, my younger self wouldn't understand, he was too busy not changing his oil...knucklehead.

ive got an 06 xterra with nearing 200K, but hardly any rust or other issues, so i eventually want to do exactly this, buy a used/ wrecked titan, and swap the engine and some of the suspension as well! thanks for documenting the process!

I've been tossing around the idea of selling off old yeller (05 X) or just investing what I'd spend on a new truck into a swap. These videos just might've helped me keep it and swap it.

I'm glad I could contribute in some way to the build and I look forward to seeing everything come together.

Your vid just popped up on my suggestions and I'm glad it did! Very clear and informative video. Nice and in depth. Iv actually been thinking of getting an Xterra to beat around in for awhile and titan swapping it once the V6 is tired. The Titan V8 is totally underrated imo 🤘
