How to Format HDD or SSD when Windows cannot be installed to this disk 2022 Guide

In this video I will show you how to delete or format an external disk drive HDD or SSD or even USB that windows setup is not allowed to be deleted or formatted like in the video and it shows this following message:
Windows cannot be installed to this disk. Setup does not support configuration or installation to disks connected through a USB or IEEE 1394 port. This will work on Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating system.
Remember this video is meant only as how to delete or format a disk drive which is external from a USB and not install Windows operating system on it.
