Suspect Arrested After More Than 100 Tires Slashed in Alameda: Police

More than 100 Alameda residents are in need of new tires after someone went on a slashing spree late Friday night, officials say. Alyssa Goard reports.

Catch and release is a fishing and wildlife policy. Alamedas catch and release is only for "wildlife"!

Since they arrested the person who did it why not disclose who he is and allow victims to file a civil suit against him. So they can recover their cost of replacing tires. Plus put a judgement on him so he forever owns people money. Who knows he might be related to tire business or auto repair business.
