That's a high protein amount for an average 90kg bro. If you weigh 55-60kg, 200grams of protein is near impossible.

I cant eat that much food every day. Do you recommend doing less exercise if I can't eat 200g protien

I had white rice with a pack of ground turkey, I had this today in two meals so 1 cup of white rice and the pack of meat in one day, is this good, I have been working on a food routine, I did atleast an hour of physical activity today with weights, planks, pushups, and some jumping jacks with some movement exercises and squats, I like to run but I'm waitining on my running shoes due to blisters from current shoes, I've been noticing a decent amount of gains but should I eat more? I don't want to over do it but I want to get bigger muscles especially my chest and arms... So the main question is, what are some suggestions and is this meal a good start? Also I'm 16 so I don't have ground turkey coming out of my ass haha, I have a few packs of thin steaks ect and tons of eggs, all good protein just need go know how much.

And plz try to fix ur lips specially lower lip bcoz it looks a bit shiny which I think doesn't look good

40g is too much. I have 20-25g a meal and have 7 meals.

I need to eat less then 100g protein so cut to 70g to be safe cuz I can’t digest protein fast enough
