I am glad she put the deposit down for the CyberTruck because I may have never did it and still be on the fence.

Tesla has negative depreciation, as the only thing it looses price in is battery and price for changing a battery is lower every year 8%, and teslas are the only cars that increase in their price through the time because of all new features and over the air updates

Tell your husband that Teslas are an appreciating asset. People are actually selling their used model 3s for a profit. Happy to explain this in more details and provide evidence. I don't mean to trivialize his concerns about profitability for the store - just wanted to provide an additional perspective.

The Cybertruck will not for you if you really need to drive "2 hours" out to some remote farm far from a Supercharger.
You will not be able to make a 4 hour round trip unless you get the most expensive 500 mile range version.
In winter, even the 500 mile version may not work carrying a heavy load because you could lose 50% range in sub freezing weather.
