To anybody struggling with the "no JDK" issue, here is how I figured it out: JDK stands for 'Java Development Kit' and as far as I know, it is essentially just Java. I tried to find tutorials on how to install Java on Kali but ran into some problems when I tried to.
I think, though I may be wrong, the issue was that I was operating a x32 bit version of Kali on the raspberry pi 4, and the java download was for x64 bit systems. I then searched up "how to download Java on Raspberry pi 4" on YouTube and found a video by the channel "Macintosh fan" and was able to follow his 2 minute instructions and download Java. After that, the command
./pycharm.sh worked fine.

Thank you. I followed all the steps but I could not find PyCharm anywhere on the desktop. I had to go back to the terminal and restart the process. I then created a project to keep the window open. I went to "Tools" then clicked on "Create Desktop Entry..." then I closed PyCharm and went on the search box as you showed. I saved it to favorite.
