Hi! I’m a licensed esthetician and yes the high frequency is so good for blemishes! The only thing I suggest is using a gauze in between to create a layer. And also if when you turn it on before you apply it to your skin put you finger on it and then when you put it on your skin, remove your finger. It helps you not get zapped

Love this, I am an esthetician and you are supposed to ground the wand with your finger until it is on your face and the release your finger . Once your ready to take it off your face ground the wand with your finger on the long tube part again and lift! Just an esthetician tip!! ❤
