'Nightingale of Bollywood' Lata Mangeshkar dies aged 92

India is to hold two days of mourning for the legendary Bollywood singer Lata Mangeshkar, who has died at the age of 92.

Ms Mangeshkar was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai in January after testing positive for COVID-19.

Officials say a state funeral will be held in her honour.

The star performed an estimated 15,000 songs in more than a dozen languages and was considered the voice of Bollywood.
