Do yolo/afk rbgs. That's it. You can be at full vicious in about 8-10 hours, sometimes as little as 6 if you guys get a decent amount of wins.

But where do I get weapon + shield with resilience before I play arena, not at all?

You can actully get 1600 Valor Points per week BUT For some reason we cant hold more then 1600 at a time so im assuming there time gating some items

The elenphant in the room, is the fact that Blizzard forgot to put in the pvp vendors, so there is no reason to farm bgs, if you already capped..
