I have one Aristocrat with the funny looking woofer 8 ohms and a tw-35 tweeter and crossover. Sounds marvelous. Have two home built clones with the 16 ohm woofers and tw-35's. I just wish once someone would actually put them in corners to audition them on you tube. I guess I may have to do that.

I have a pair of EV Aristocrats with 12TRXb's too. But took the liberty of adding a pair of EV 8HD fiberglass horns with Atlas PD4 drivers and a custom crossover to fill in the mid hole.. the crossovers took some of the lower range away from the Tweeters which will improve their performance with less stress.. the mids are powerful and I had to dial down the attenuator, but what a difference.

Something is off with Louis's voice. Sounds muffled. ???
