Hello, the figure that is standing behind the car in the first minute of the video is also from the NECA brand? Could you tell me what it is?

I spent most of the video looking at the driver, and wondering how to make him fit a little better. I think his head is too high, so I'd probably shave some material off his butt, and allow him to "sink into" the seat a bit. The interior ergonomics are probably not 100% correct, but hopefully workable.
