Great video, as all the others! Could you please clarify the difference between effects applied in layers (photo persona) and straight out of the adjustment panel (develop persona)? Also, which is better applied on Raw and Jpeg? Thanks!!!

How do I simply convert to black and white? I put my document in InDesign and the separations preview tells me that there is still color all over this thing. Cannot believe the lurning curve in this program for even the simpleist things! Thanks so much.

Mr. Morganti. Please allow me to apologize ahead of time for if what I have to ask doesn't sit well with you. Some time ago, I watched one of your many tutorials, and one of those tutorials showed a picture of your Dog Reggie the Black Labrador. I am doing a first product shoot for a freind and I can't manage to make my Black Labrador behave long enough to capture a clean image of him. This is a home business at this point and I would like to know if you would consider donating to me the right to use that photo in a brochure print, advertising men's gooming products. I know it's a beatiful photograph but even as the request stands, Is this something that you would be comfortable in doing. Will you please respond regardless of your decision? It certainly won't change the way see you as a great instructor of what I work slowly towards being somewhat close to. Thank you very much.
