Good day atty..maiba lang po ako ng Tanong... about right of way..my question atty, pag bibilhin Ang right of way, may standard market prize or dependi nakang sa may Ari ang mag decide sa prize, kasi may relative ako na gustp may right of way but to avoid lengthy discussion, bibilhin nalang, pero Ang three sq meters lang 400k plus ang benta ng may ari ng lupa, Tama ba ito parang inhuman naman ang presyo.. thank u atty..

Atty. Question po, was the complaint filed against FPRRD before the ICC filed by an individual or by the State? If the subject of international law cannot be individuals, then the complaint should have been filed by the State for it to be valid.

With your due respect Dean, Taiwan was annexed by the Qing dynasty. in 1683 and became part of China prior to Japanese rule in 1895 when they were defeated in first Sino-Japanese war. But inhabitants of the island wishing to be under Qing were allowed to return to the mainland. ❤🇵🇭😎
