Shower thoughts only exist since recebt years, since it's merely the only moment in your day where you aren't bombarded with stimulating sounds or imagen which has increased due to electronics bc nowadays we only really do nothing when we shower. So we would have more of these ideas if we look for less stimulants and do boring or mundane things.
