this man is going for a walk when his coffee is sucked out of his hands into the air, the man then sees a giant vacuum cleaner fall from the sky and crash onto a building the vacuum begins to suck up all the buildings and cars but it is actually just a giant man cleaning his carpet, the man runs away from the vacuum and as it is about to suck him off it stops and disappears into the sky, the giant man finds a tree that got sucked up and takes it out but when he puts the vacuum down again, the tiny man is next to the electrical cable as he grabs an Axe and swings it into the cable repeatedly, but when the giant man tries to start the vacuum there are sparks shooting out the cable but in just a second the giant man repairs the cut in the wire, the little man then grabs the axe and jumps onto the moving cable as he climbs higher and higher up the cable as he has to use the axe so he doesn't fall but at the last second he jumps off the cable and uses his axe to cut open the entire vacuum cleaner to save his nut town
