Ubi Caritas - Taize [with lyrics for congregations]

"Ubi Caritas et Amor" is a text is attributed to Paulinus of Aquileia in 796 and long used as one of the antiphons for the washing of feet on Maundy Thursday.

This setting is by Jacques Berthiér, published in 1978, and uses only the words of the refrain, with verses taken from I Corinthians 13:2-8.

I learned this song in primary school and the teachers never translated it for us. And we Knew, we were praising God, it Never mattered.

Beautiful. My channel name incidentally comes from a Goon Show circa 1950s.
