39:34 No, Jon. The Cannister Shot technology allows you to build 12lbs cannons that can already move. Only the default Demi-cannons and Sakers are fixed artyllery. The horse in that icon just means that the 6lbs guns are drawn by a bigger team of horses, which makes them go faster, which kinda doesn't make up for the fact that their firepower is halved if compared to the 12lbs that you already have acces to and that CAN MOVE.
