Those DC coaxial cables vary quite a bit. They can feel chunky - but the wires or terminations are poor inside. A good way to check the quality is use your FNIRSI HRM-10 to check the internal resistance of the connections. 👍

Automation Direct has similar relay banks that are loaded with Fuji relays. They come with a removal tool which makes things a lot easier. I've used them at work for equipment that I've built for testing purposes. They work really well.

Did the PCMCIA/CF adaptor work in your have a CF version also "somewhere" so let me know if it's worth trying to dig it out.
