Glad he keeps it real. A lot of us will not even attempt a painting project because it will not result in being perfect. A lot of YouTube painters appear to do a “perfect” job every time. It was great to hear a pro say even the best work still needs a little touchup. Also, this was a great example explaining how to fix even the smallest issues after the clear was applied. Well done!

Both times I was left with fish eyes and orange peel in the clear. I wish everyone would put in the same amount of honest pride and dedication that you put into your work.

Just started my first paint job on my 67 C10. So far so good... Painted the roof white and threw in some HOK dry pearls in the clear. Got a little bit of orange peel in the vertical surfaces but it will sand and polish out.

I use my W-400 WBX and W-400LV WBX for clear and they both deliver a mirror finish.

I have learned alot from many of your videos. Thank you.
This is at tip I have not seen you use.When using a towel such as a microfiber for cleanup wipe down or after buffing, fold it twice into a square. Now you can flip it over and then fold opposite and have clean sides of towel. I keep seeing it waded up.
This is being said to mainly help viewers.
