I know the documents that have been released are causing a big issue for people. I do have to say as someone who worked in corporate America for over 30 years that documents with personal observations about employees are not abnormal. I had a supervisor that was let go. When cleaning out things in our storage room we found a box that was hers but it was company documents. In it were notes and emails that she shared with other managers about her personal observations of her staff. It was shocking and demoralizing. We did find out none of it was part of any of our employee files. This was back in the 90’s when paper trails were not unusual. These were her files. It doesn’t make it right but it happens everywhere. Of course the person it is written about feels terrible but again it’s all business and ultimately HYBE is a business.
