Got him in assault for the first had 3 people trade attempt, so I figured he must be good.
Damn. My auto build gave me all crit items and people were getting deleted left and right. Barely had any idea what I was doing. Definitely noob friendly.

I'd say, Mastery lvl 14 Dan, a 2, 3, 1 or 3, 1, 2 are good combos. Also, the 1, you forgot to mention it applies intoxicate, which moves the camera horizontally. His passive might still be bugged but I can't find any confirmation for this.
