Is it not enough to change 1 OP-Amp in each unit when using two ZA3 in mono over XLR?

I use wiim ultra which doesnt have xlr outputs, so if i upgrade op amps in ZA 3
Would that improve sound quality?
Is there big difference in sound quality when using xrl?
