This dude is trippin’! They did not do a great job. Secure all surrounding buildings—how hard is that?? There are only a few. Get him off stage immediately! The secret service had no proper communication with law enforcement as there were people that were informing police officers of a man with a rifle climbing onto a roof. This message never reached secret service. It is their job to insure that there is communication.
