Moving and Upgrading My Electrical Service P. 1

The video shows how to move your overhead electrical service, wire the meter, outside breaker and run the wires to load center (circuit breaker box) location. This is serious electrical work and should only be preformed by someone who is confident in their electrical knowledge. This will be part one in a two part series and I hope this video helps people learning the electrical trade and general knowledge. Please note this is my personal house. I applied and received permits for all of the work as the homeowner. I am not a licensed electrician in the town that I live in.

I need to do the same thing to my house. I had to rewire my rental a few years ago it still had the old wires from the pole I think it may have been like 50amp from the 1930s. Every thing was gas I wanted to switch every thing to electric except heat so I had to rewire the hole house and the service. What a treat they wanted 4grand to do it it cost me about 600. Including permit and inspection.

Was the conduit code of was it because of where it was ?
