Thanks for all these vid's.  Really well done!!  I was trying to edit some of my new gopro video's and am amazed at how  well these are done.  I have an interest in Trucking, and these vid's have been a great tool, for a browser like me.  I'm an automobile driving instructor right now, and see all the CDL tests going down all the time at the local road test site.

the waffles you showed that reminded you of your dad are infact dutch and called "stroopwafels ".
stroop would translate as syrup and wafels well y guess you can figure that out for your self.
