Thats sick, i just hit 500 for the first time few days ago spent a year strength training it, shits getting serious as i want 600, how do i progress my lifts do i go lighter and ramp it up again?

Hey nice lift, why are deadlifting in weightlifting shoes? I've always been told to do deadlifts either barefoot or flats. Is there any benifit to doing dl in weightlifting shoes? Thanks😊

You are the guy more people should be following for advice. I get the feeling you lift within your limits most of the time. I'm sure you could keep adding to your deadlift if you wanted to focus on it, but what's the point? Have to keep that balance, but to be honest this is crazy to see all the things you can do brother.
