Crime Stoppers, law enforcement agencies and the New Brunswick ATV Federation would like to remind the public that it is illegal to operate all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) while impaired.

Drinking and driving is against the law and the same rules apply when operating an ATV.

"Speed and alcohol are a deadly combination," says Sgt. Noel Cyr of NB Crime Stoppers. "It is important for all operators to use their ATVs in a safe, responsible manner. Tragedies can be prevented by not letting anyone operate a machine under the influence of alcohol or drugs."

If you have any information concerning the unlawful operation of an ATV and wish to remain anonymous, call crime stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS. If your information leads to an arrest, you could qualify for a cash award of up to $2,000.

There are 3 ways to submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers:
