First brake then you want to slowly move to clutch.without that if you directly stepped in clutch means there will be loss of possibility of connection in between engine and wheel.so engine braking system will not function, it causes the car to drift in another direction and a severe accident can happen

In the fist one he press the clutch but he doesn’t change the gear and brake almost at the same time, The second one press the clutch, change to neutral and then brake.
