Lovely video and intro to Symprove! Fingers crossed you see some benefits from it! I've had marginal success with probiotics before but they weren't time-release and I believe that will make a difference for a lot of us!

My IBS symptoms are now completely suppressed by drinking a top quality Aloe Vera gel. Maybe you'll do a video blog on that one day?!

I too find a lot of veg as well as wheat and dairy is a no no, so would love to hear your progress.

I ordered it last summer. I am in Canada. It wasn’t cheap with shipping from UK, but i was desperate to get anything that will help. Well, I finished the whole course of 3 months. No bad side effect and no help except it caused constipation that I never had. It may help some people but it didn’t help me. I would take it forever if it had some benefits .

Try mebeverine, it's anti spasmodic for intestines.Also L glutamine powder helps gut in general

I've seriously got to try this, I let nerves get the better of me too much and the probs the doctor gave me wound up making me sickly nauseous. So fingers crossed symprove doesn't.
I'd like to get fruit back and sugar, especially my beans on toast. It's so delicious. I hope this still works for you and that it'll work for me and the rest of us, even moderately.
