Nice video Bas! I can really emphasize with what you are saying about the negative spiral in your head. It's one of the most important things in competition to have a strong and resilient mindset as that massively impacts your ability to perform throughout the race (plus how much fun you are having too!). Hehe it was me running up and jumping back on at 3:50 :) the guy infront of me braked and i had to jump off because it was too steep to accelerate again

Je kan nog een race meepakken in 2023 waarmee je je kan kwalificeren voor 2024. Over twee weken in België in Oud-Heverlee
