China's Secret Global Spy Operation—Zhenhua Data Leak

China's military has a secret global spy operation with a list of over 2 million individuals the Chinese Communist Party considers persons of interest. The list was discovered on the databases of the Chinese Company Zhenhua. The Zhenhua data leak is thanks to the efforts of China expert Christopher Balding, who discovered China has been stockpiling loads of personal data on millions of people, including their Tiktok data.

Why aren't all free nations bombarding China with sanctions already and forcefully moving their companies out of China?

Can't we all set realistic timelines for our companies to move out of China just like Japan?

For the people saying that american tech companies also do the same thing. Remember that CCP not only use this information for selling data and stuff. But also to blackmail politicians and influential people like CEO's from big companies (like NBA or Blizzard for example) or maybe to track down human right activists/journalists that visits mainland China.
Also american companies are not forced to give personal information from their databases to the government if they are asked to, unlike chinese companies.
