I have had that happen on a few bikes. Don't take your hands off a bike that does that. I tried to fix this on a Sportster. I finally parted out that bike.
Always wear your riding gear kids. That 2 grit asphalt sandpaper really removes some material from you.

Harley death wobble, friend of mine had one do him like this, nearly offed him, had a off duty EMT pulled over right after he went down and stopped the bleeding, saved his life but his leg was never right again, he lost several inches on that leg from surgeries. He did have a happy ending, he won a settlement from the dealership because they knew something was wrong with the front end of that bike and it was documented. He ended up losing a good job but was very successful in real-estate.

I'm 72 years old when I got divorced back in 1980 I bought a Harley Davidson and I didn't know very much about motorcycles at the time but I found out the hard way if you don't keep your spokes tight and your wheel balanced it will go into what we call at the time a Porpoise Wobble.
I had a 74 cubic inch Harley Davidson it was a big one, I got it up to a 145 and that's when it went into the death bobble, They say you can see your life before your eyes I swear it's true, I prayed to God if he let me get this off the road then I would never drive that bike that fast again.
I'm here today to tell you if you even think the front end is out of balance don't do it.
Take care of the wheels and tires on your motorcycle please

Had a wobble at 60 plus...lasted forever.. came back together no harm no foul....have never ridden since...lost 6 lbs of shit..

My ex bought a new harley dresser. A few days later the front fender came loose as he was going into a tunnel under the Harvey canal and falling on the tire flipped the bike over going doen into the tunnel. Motorcycles are scary. We were hit broadside once on a bayou road and went airborn into the ditch. A discarded boxspring in the ditch saved our lives.😮

Front tire pressure is low.... always check your tire pressure (especially the front) before you ride.

Worked at a Harley Davidson dealership for 6 years as a technician. Fun job got to ride bikes half the day. Seen people come in and buy 20 thousand dollar bike on a Friday and Monday here comes the bike completely totaled on the back of a truck so many times. They don't call them murdercycles for nothing.
