Perfect size RV for a 1-ton single rear wheel tow vehicle.

I'd prefer the desk be the same height and material as the counter, so it could be used as extra work space for the kitchen. The pull out draw could be the space for a laptop or keyboard. But I'm thinking with the sink so close to the desk, it's going to get wet quite often. That is absolutely the only change I'd make. It's a great looking unit.

Great size for a one, possible two person, full time living design. Especially if one is a minimalist.

Brinkley seems to be using among the best quality in the industry - from Indiana at least - but I would change a few things. I’m not a fan of all the Lippert/Furrion stuff. For this size of 5th wheel, I would suggest a 4-point electric auto-level system would be more than sufficient and more reliable than the hydraulic system. We recently switched from a 5th wheel back to a travel trailer. We’re up north and when camping in the fall we found the heat supply to the back of the trailer was insufficient. I’m curious how Brinkley runs the ducting.
