It’s adorable! I actually like the thought of mashed sweet potatoes and marshmallow fluff sandwiched between layers of cornbread. Having some good salty stuffing for contrast sounds good, too, but I’m not a fan of white potatoes and sweet potatoes combined. I like both separately, but for some reason I don’t like the way the flavors meld when eaten together. I do love Cornish game hens, though!
