I have a c43 w205, the last one, convertible for the last 4 months now and a bit annoyed about the lack of touch screen, and always fumbling on searching addresses. your tip on mb me search app is going to be super useful! how about any tips on how to the transmissions or different driving modes?

Just got the Hermes system retrofit on my 2021 E200 (supply chain issue), it’s been over 3 days and still waiting for MB to activate the service from their end, called them several times now.

Another way to send an address to the car is to:
1) Find the destination in Google Maps, then
2) Click the "share" icon in Google Maps
3) Select Mercedes Me, then "Send to car"

As an aside, this works the same for my BMW i3, selecting "My BMW" to send the destination

For number 10; We can use other map applications for sharing the address with car (ex; google maps). very useful.

Hi Nick, my 2021 A45S+ Plus hasn't been operating correctly for the past 2 months, I'm told by MB Coventry that I need an A00090016399051 Sensor, which is on Back-Order, with no expected delivery date! So I've got a £60k car without a functioning alarm system or Blind-Spot-Assist. To say I'm more than a little 'Peeved' is a massive understatement. I've always been a devout MB customer and driver but following this current fiasco, I'm being sorely tested. What to do? ps good work on your Updates, they've both saved me from & sorted many operational queries. Keep up the good work.

My June 2022 order for a new MB GLAe 250 hpev will be, hopefully, fulfilled by August 2023. Would be nice to have a video about the current production situation and how the industry and MB specifically managing the Covid aftermath.

Nice video. I'm thinking of either the eqs or eqs suv for my next car, but could you do a video dedicated to both the front and rear passenger? Stuff like how easy is it for both of them to watch movies while being driven and is it possible to stop kids in the back from playing with car related stuff from the back seats? Thanks in advance

Nice and informative video. I'm just missing one feature in the Mercedes Me app that is often standard with other manufacturers (or maybe I couldn't find it): where can I see the temperature outside the car? It is available in other cars, why not in the app? I live in Norway, and outside temperature is often important. By the way, I use an electric EQC.
