Hey Paul hope all is good today and you’re enjoying your Saturday. Anyway I loved the change of pace by doing the tractor. It looks brand new just like all your restorations. Looking forward to seeing your next one 👌🏻

Excellent job Paul. Amazing detail work! You look like me with my magnifiers. Hahahaha. I just had to get readers to do close up work after 47 years. Then I bought lighted magnifiers too for extra small work.

As being tought as a chemistry student in university: everything will eventually get through your gloves! They are not there to last forever but just last long enough for you to take them off should you spill something on them. Better to burn your gloves than your hands as they say ;). As for the tractor: the only thing I would have done differently is that I would have painted the hydrolic pistons of the shovel silver. Other than that: Nice work :) You had fun with this and it shows!

Pauly’s on the medicinal! Legal in Nevada by the way. Good job on the loader! Better than new in my opinion. Thanks!

Hi Paul, Great custom fella, but I have to inform you that the colour scheme of it originally is the harder and rarer scheme to find and in Good to Mint condition always command the higher prices for this particular casting. That said it isn't valued in the thousands and your custom is superb and will make a great display. 'Top Job Fella' ;-)

Great resto-mod! (The fans know that as soon as you stray from factory configuration, it becomes a mod.) It's definitely different from watching Marty do his thing, but that is okay because you have modeling experience and it shows. I'd have difficulty not wanting to paint the little dude. Carve out your own niche, man!

Nitrile gloves are supposed to withstand paint strippers

kinda what it should have been all along. one of your best yet.
I have tried both caustic soda and the gel, most times the gel is good enough. Caustic is faster sometimes, but every once in a while there is some paint neither the gel or soda will touch.
why, I don[t know.

Hi Paul, another really great restoration always staying tuned to your channel. May i make a suggestion if you want to see what happens using caustic soda, take a look at a channel by Toy Polloi here in the UK. Go to where he strips several Green Space mo 1999 models in a bucket using caustic soda and it works really well. I hope this helps
