One good thing I noticed that as vegan it's far more easier to spot assholes in personal life, in politics and generally.

I’m not vegan but as I laid off meat for a few months and diary my mood instantly got better. I truly felt like my energy was better and I was more joyful. Not part of the gem stones and what not but I do believe in good energy and that it does follow you. It feels good to give good out and take good in.
