Water under oil cap is not always bad. Could just be condensation. It's normal

Quick question I think my head gasket failed on my 07 charger RT, idles very rough a lot of white smoke is coming out of the exhaust. But the coolant didn’t mix with the oil. My car wasn’t over heating at all not even close.

2013 sonic 1.8 blowing lots of stinking white smoke. Does not smell like oil. Don't see water in the oil. What do we look for? Can they leak water into the intake some how?

Hi.great video thankyou.ok I have a 1.9td Fiat Ducato camper van, on start up I have white smoke then after around 2 minutes it goes away.when the engine is warm and reving the engine it will show the white smoke not much but still around, today I hanged the fuel filter and oil filter, changed the oil but still 9n start up I have white smoke, oh just to let you know I don't think its the head gasket as I am getting good heat in the cab and the oil is black would you know what it could be.

I have an 09 suburban with a 5.3. Every once in a while it will blow out a giant white cloud of smoke on start up. It quickly goes away. I changed the valve cover to the new style and it helped for a while but it started again. I’m not loosing any coolant but I am going through oil quicker than normal. But the truck runs fine and I can go months with out it happening. What do you think it could be? The truck has 189k on it. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Hello please. I have 2017 ford fusion hybrid. I drove it for a long trip and I see in the rear bottom there is white smog coming out . Not from the exhaust but from the left side there is some kind of valve there

So let get this: if there's white smoke coming out of the exhaust, the oil is discoloured due to a head gasket leak that means you might need to replace the whole engine? Phew!

My Opel corsa 2005 model made by German motors (now they ain't producing in my country so it sucks to get parts or get hold of somebody who knows about the stuff its hard producing white smokes on start up and diminishes after idleing for sometime and starts smokeing again on giving gas or riding ....the smoke is pure white with a bit of smell of engine oil ....I cant pinpoint whats the issue ...is it the piston rings !!the cylinder walls wornout !!do I have to do a engine boreing and stuff to fix this ...or is it just the case of bad fuel injector sort of stuff ....and one more thing is that the engine oil lvl decreases faster on this car than I have noticed on other cars ...so I think the engine oil might be getting burned engine runs smooth the car is perfect in every sense the only prob is the smoke ....I bought it second hand 2 years prior and is still sitting in my home not being used due to the smoke ...and I don't wanna give up on her ....pls help me with this if u can pls ...

I have a fairly new car (2018) but it's been sitting for about 3-4 months without being turned on. It's now winter and I just turned it on but white smoke is coming out of the exhaust nonstop with a weird antifreezey kind of smell coming from my vents. I'm freaking out. What could it be? I can't determine what is it in my oil if it's gas or coolant the color is brownish is there a solid way to determine ?

You know what's really embarrassing, trying to troubleshoot your problem then remembering you forgot to remove oil plug so you overfilled your engine.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP

I had a old man with a 2016 Cruze blowing heavy white smoke out the back in front of my house so I got him a ride home and let him keep his car in my driveway just so it doesn’t get impounded. He said he just added oil and that he heard a load bang. It was vary thick white smoke enough to cover the road for 400 yards. I have no clue what’s the problem and I want to help him out. Any help would be appreciated
