Hey, thanks for the tutorial! What if I want to send my notifications through Google Cloud for example? I have followed the tutorial but still cannot find the user's fcm token in the firestore database. Is there any way to generate it for every user? I thought it would be automatically generated if I enabled cloud messaging and followed your tutorial but it seems not to be the case. Thanks again :D

It's sad to see Firebase focus on most features. Please make all features in a way for use with custom APIs., so non-firebase users can use it aswell. Now the biggest issue restricting non-firebase users is the inability to persist variables and non-availability of any local data management like firebase collections. The other issue is there is no option to add a variable to a list. eg: when selecting multiple checkboxes we cant add the selected variable to a List. Hope these will get fixed soon.

We need notification channels and critical alerts. All notifications go out under one "Misc" channel so the user can't set custom sounds for different types of notifications, ie. events, chats, incidents.. No option to turn on our iOS Critical Alerts. We can download the code and fix this but then we can't use FF anymore..
