What if my current tire pressure is 25psi, then i just wanna add 4psi to make it to the recommended pressure which is 29psi, am I going to set 4psi to the machine? or 29psi?

Depending on the car, it will also have a load pressure if you're carrying or towing, it's usually an extra 5psi

Always check tire pressures when cold then add 7 more PSI to compensate for tire pressure loss when parked
