Honestly. I’m not sure. The L & J I can understand being random shapes, but the “I” seems a bit more intentional

They’ve done this a few times after as well. The ending of Lego Marvel Superheroes 1 had Black Panther do a Batman pose, and the next game was Lego Batman 3. Then, there was the Justice League doing the Avengers silhouette in Lego Batman 3, teasing that game. And Lego Jurassic World had a piece to the Lego Dimensions portal.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were already planning or working on Lego Indiana Jones during LSW2 so yeah, I'd buy this.
I think Complete Saga was basically a cool bonus thing they just decided to put together while working on that honestly especially since they included the trailer, a Han version of Indy, and all that stuff in the files.

Indiana becomes a purchasable and playable character at one point so I think this was intentional

It likely was random, since they didn't actually have the rights to Indiana Jones at that point, and we're likely still working on getting the rights to James bond or Lara croft.

LIJ stands for "Look Inside JarJar". This is hinting at the fact that JarJar does indeed have a skeleton. Because of this, it's clear to see that the developers were obviously acknowledging the fact that JarJar Binks is Sans from Undertale.
