This song reminds me of late 2020. Past the end of summer, at the start of autumn, and newly back at school after the first lockdown, and there was this sense that everything might yet be ok. Everyone's friendship groups were sort of shuffling around at the start of 6th form, and we'd all sit outside on the benches and talk and play music, and one if the songs was this one. I'd never heard it before then, but it kind of stuck with me for some reason.
