I am delighted with that shirt! glad to hear Minnie is feeling better as well. My foster is farther along than her and he's now gone on a year and a half with me, because learning to do a daily fluid drip and appetite meds really turned things around, so hopefully the vet figures out what works to give her the best.

I read Stanley Tucci's memoir last month. Absolute delight! Very touching, informative and entertaining.

I loved Island of Missing Trees, Careless was much better than expected, Salt Lick not my favourite. I hope to get to Creatures of Passage over Easter. Hope Minnie is ok xxx

Excited to see how you get on with this months TBR! Particularly looking forward to a review of Katherine of Aragon, I’m obsessed with Six too! I’ve been wanting to pick this one up after a recent visit to Leeds Castle - it’s just such a BIG book!

I'm waiting for my audiobook for Stanley Tucci's book to come in from the library and I can't wait as from the preview, his narration of it is divvvinnne. I might have to get the book too if I like it for the recipes!

That's exciting about Cosy Reading Night. Covid finally got me so I'm confined to my bedroom and cosy reading night will be a lovely way to pass the time. Plus I finished a book yesterday so it's the perfect time for me to start a new one. Just need to finish my essay first!

I miss cosy Reading night EVERY TIME. AAAAHHH. Oh Id love to learn more about Jack the Ripper. I've read The Five though I found that was more focused on the victims than him. I did visit the London Dungeons the other day Lauren.. if you haven't done it you totally should. It beat all my expectations and was so fun!!!! Oooo last time I played with tatlt cards it scared me! Far too many creepy things happened!!!

Excited for cozy reading night 😊 I've read Anna of Kleve from the Six Tudor Queens series and really liked it. It was easy to read and so interesting. I also love Six (at least the music and all the YouTube clips I watched) and hope that I can fly to the UK at some point to see it... I don't think it will come to Germany any time soon 🙈

I really enjoyed The Island of Missing Trees. That's the second women's prize for fiction book I've read so far. I'm planning to read Careless next. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on all of the books on the longlist. Also just have to say that I love your jumper ☺

I just finished The Sentence and loved it! A bit long, but it was worth it. I also listened to it on audio and her narration is amazing.
