I don’t have the makeup and materials to test out some of those hacks and I’ve been dying to see some raw and honest reviews of these hacks so this video is just so perfect. I'm watching tina tries it for long period of time in the past Tina seemed to me a bit introvert & tbh a bit hard nut to crack but now her videos are more likely a friend talking to another 😅 I really like watching you & the growth you made in my eyes ❤

That first one can be done with a small bit of tape under the outer quarter of your eye following your natural eye shape up. Washi tape is actually better to use than what she used.

The higher contour looks better to me. It chisels your face a bit more naturally. Made you look like Lucy Liu. XD

The lower contour seems to work more for those who need a fuller cheeky look. Since I have thick, chubby cheeks I find that this doesnt work for me to get that sculpted look. My face still looks plump and the contouring just looks like a flat dark line. Definitely going to try with the high contour look. :)

8:16 Robert Welsh did a whole video on this. There is a young lady on the Tok that created all these filters of where you are suppose to do everything. She has one for eyeshadow, blush, brows, and lips.
I think you should try her other filters and do a whole face with them. That could be fun.

The higher contour was nice from straight on, but when you turned to the side it was really strange to see "shadows" at that point on the face. The normal contour looked much more natural from the side.

Using scotch tape to carve out your eyeliner is such an old trick but it works! You can also do something similar for eyeshadow. Just stick and peel the tape to the back of your hand a few times to make it less sticky before putting it on the face, be gentle ♥

My cheekbones are already super high and sharp (but not big), so it naturally looks like the higher contour technique. If I do the higher contour, all the sudden it looks like my cheekbones are crowding my eyes and it just looks odd...plus, it slims down my temple region, which just gives me a peanut head. Imma stick to my lower contour even tho it doesn't follow my natural face shape lol
