Celestite Swatch - Victorian Varnish

Victorian Varnish is adding 3 new staple cremes June 1 and they're really good. Their creme formula is top notch. It's super buttery smooth and the coverage is perfect. I'm really starting to think these ladies are witches because I haven't found anything subpar.

Celestite is a gorgeous denim blue, shown here is 2 coats.
