How to SUPPLEMENT your LEOPARD gecko | 2022

Hey Gecko guys and gals!
We are back with another video on leopard gecko care!

In this video specifically, we go over the very necessary method of calcium and vitamin supplementation that is required for most leopard geckos in captivity.

We have used this method successfully for about 4 years now and 3 breeding seasons, and have no complaints. We acquired most of these tactics from the great leopard gecko breeders before us, and are simply just passing on their knowledge and wisdom to succeed.

If you have or are thinking about getting a leopard gecko, they are very easy to care for and make amazing first pets. However, one thing they cannot do without is supplementation. Please give this video a watch if you are in the market for a leopard gecko, or looking to breed leopard geckos.

Hey don't forget that D3 overdose exists and is fatal for Geckos. Sadly just lost my baby due to this, so ensure that they have regular Calcium Carbonate without D3 to leave in the enclosure. They shouldn't be given D3 too much, just for occasional dusted feedings. Unfortunately some lessons were learned the hard way and this isn't talked about often enough.

Hey! nice video! Is it enough to supplement with "Herpetal Complete - T " ? since that has all the stuff in it. Or should i others seperately before getting my leo ? im thinking of getting just calcium additionally, but i dont want to over-do it and give it too much :(

I have a leo and i was wondering how often i would have to dust my insects a week because i took a look at my leopard geckos urate and its yellow and im not sure if he is dehydrated or im feeding him to many vitamins i was wondering if you could help me out by chance
