Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives)
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and fresh herbs.
3. In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, swirling to ensure even distribution.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
6. Gently lift the edges with a spatula, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow underneath.
7. Continue cooking until the omelette is mostly set but slightly runny on top.
8. Carefully fold the omelette in half using the spatula.
9. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the omelette is cooked through but still moist.
10. Slide the omelette onto a plate and garnish with additional herbs if desired. Enjoy your delicious 5-star omelette!
